The fundamental objective of the organization is to guide every associate connected with TIP across the country toward a secure and bright future by providing them with modern technological support, dignified work opportunities, and sustainable business avenues. To achieve this objective, the organization periodically organizes symposiums, seminars, technical training programs, capacity-building initiatives, and various activities, with the aim of continuously strengthening professional competence and technical understanding.
